Two robbery suspects believed to be members of a three-man robbery gang allegedly responsible for the theft of three hundred and fifty thousand naira (N350, 000. 00) belonging to one Roman Marshan are presently at large, Fresh Angle International can report.
According to a Statement by the Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, Delta Command, DSP Celestina Kalu, the suspects who operated in a tricycle, reportedly trailed Roman Marshan from Eco-Bank at Warri Refinery Branch to Sapele Road and robbed him at gun point.
Immediately Dragon Patrol Team received the information, they swung into action and chased the tricycle to Aziza Junction along Sapele Road. Upon sighting the patrol team, the hoodlums abandoned the tricycle and jumped into the bush.
The statement added that one of the suspects identified as Victor Ebigwe, aged 26 of No. 1 Ohe Okpe Community was caught by the Dragon Patrol Team and items such as one locally made single barrel gun, two live cartridges, one black bag with a face cap as well as one blue colour tricycle with Reg. No. SKL 181 UM was recovered from him, even as the suspect and the exhibits have been handed over to the Ebrumede Division of the Nigerian Police.
