Investigations by your soar-away International tabloid reveal that major sponsor of Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa during the PDP gubernatorial primary, High Chief Government Ekpemupolo AKA Tompolo and his Itsekiri allies such as Hon. David Tonwe and Hon. Daniel Reyenieju of the House of Representatives are lobbying for current Delta State Commissioner for Oil and Gas, Mr. Omamofe Joseph Pirah to be appointed Secretary to State Government by the Governor-Elect, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, the out-going Governor of the State, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan as well as some Chieftains of the PDP are believed to be pushing for the Director General of PDP Campaign Council in Delta State, Dr. Joseph Sisanmi Otumara, who is also current Delta State Commissioner for Health.
