Speculations are rife that there was shooting this evening at the Ogidigben bush in Escravos, Warri South West Local Government Area, Delta State.
As at the time of this report it was yet unknown if those behind the shooting will advance into the Itsekiri Community serving as major host to the multibillion dollar Ogidigben EPZ cum Delta Gas City, but information indicates that the fresh shooting may be the handiwork of youths from Sokebolou/Yokri Community who have issued threat against President Goodluck Jonathan performing the ground breaking ceremony of the project on Monday March 16, 2015.
The ground breaking ceremony of the project has suffered two postponements in recent times following threat of Tompolo and his Gbaramatu brothers who have succeeded in having the Deep Sea Port of the project named after their community despite the Ugborodo people laying claim to the disputed land.
