14-year old Chinedu from Ologbo in Ikpoba Okha Local Government Area of Edo State will never forget in haste the manner he was forcefully raped twice by a 30-year old neighbor, Believe Ofuegbe, who lured him to watch homosexual pornography film with him in his house.
According to the victim, the said Mr. Believe invited him to his room and quickly shut the door, slot in a homosexual pornographic film and started romancing him, thereafter forcefully raped him through his anus.
In a brief chat with Believe Ofuegbe, who admitted that he is a gay, he confirmed that he actually watched the male pornography video with the boy and had a romance with the young boy and was at the verge of having sex with him, but was prevented by Chinedu’s elder brother who kept knocking “on my door” on sensing a foul play, because his younger brother had stayed in my room for quite some time without coming out. “I was watching homosexual blue film when Chinedu came into my room to get water, I then locked the door and we both watched the film together. I wanted to have sex with him, but I did not because his elder brother started knocking the door and accusing me of forcefully having sex with his younger brother”.
The accused further added, “They took the boy to the hospital and they said I had sex with him two times, I only played with him”.
The Abraka born Ofuegbe said he felt bad for his action, especially because of his good job at Presco Oil Company.
Also in an exclusive interview with the Edo State Commissioner of Police, Foluso Adebanjo, he said the Edo State Command will not condone gay act which is an offence in the state. He further appealed to the public not to be shy but report any such offence to the command.
