I, Prince David Aboyowa Omaghomi, Project Director, Niger Delta Environmental Restoration Project , NDEREP joyfully felicitate with the government and good people of Delta State on the celebration of 23 years of the creation of Delta State, The Finger of God.
History will not forgive me if I fail to commend all those who have contributed immensely towards the peace and unity as well as all-round development of Our Dear State.
I’m particularly enthralled by the strides achieved by the current Governor of the State, Dr. Emmanuel Ewetan Uduaghan in the area of peace and security, agricultural development, health, education, transportation (especially in aviation) political stability and other forms of infrastructures.
Your Excellency, may I use this medium to strongly call on you to declare your ambition for Delta South Senatorial seat in the forthcoming 2015 polls to enable you consolidate on your unalloyed support to President Goodluck Jonathan’s Tripod Projects (NIMASA Dockyard & Shipyard, Nigeria Maritime University, NMU and the Export Processing Zone, EPZ) in Warri South-West Local Government Area.
Permit me to also use this 23rd Delta State Anniversary Celebration to join other well meaning Nigerians, particularly Deltans to appeal to President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, The Transformation President to declare his re-election bid in the 2015 polls.
As we look forward to another milestone in the march towards a more progressive Delta State, may God continually bond all Deltans together in peace, understanding and love.
